Geotechnical Investigation, Analysis and Environmental Services

A government authority in Salt Lake, Utah is seeking experienced vendors to provide comprehensive geotechnical investigation, analysis, and environmental services. The responsibilities include conducting all necessary coordination with utility providers such as Blue Stakes, as well as other relevant utilities, and accepting full liability for any property damages that may occur during drilling or soil investigation activities.

Vendors must restore all pavement surfaces in compliance with agency requirements, and return all off-pavement areas to conditions as close to their original state as possible upon completion of work. The scope also includes delivering pavement designs—both rigid and flexible—as required by the agency, which are to be supported by thorough soil investigations and accompanied by life cycle cost analyses for each design. Additionally, vendors are expected to provide appropriate soil stabilization techniques and designs, based on the results of subsurface investigations.
