DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Henrico, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive geotechnical engineering services. The selected firm will be responsible for evaluations, analyses, recommendations, and cost and time estimates for projects related to soils and construction testing. Services will also include preparing reports, feasibility studies, schematic or preliminary designs, field inspections, investigations, and ensuring code compliance.

Additionally, the contractor will be expected to develop complete contract documents for small project designs according to the procedures outlined in the project manual, as assigned by Project Order. The scope also encompasses investigating problems and making recommendations for corrective actions concerning soils and construction testing, as well as preparing cost estimates and feasibility studies for proposed projects.

An optional pre-proposal tele-conference will be held on May 27, 2026. The initial contract period will be for one year.
