The government authority in Louisville, Colorado is seeking qualified vendors to deliver comprehensive geotechnical and construction observation services for a series of infrastructure projects scheduled for 2026 and 2027. These projects involve utility improvements, including water and sewer main replacements, along with extensive street reconstruction, roadway resurfacing, and concrete replacement initiatives.
Vendors will be responsible for providing professional geotechnical engineering services, which encompass proctor testing, subgrade and asphalt density testing, asphalt extraction and gradation, concrete compressive strength testing, as well as air entrainment and slump tests.
