The State of Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to support, upgrade, and maintain its advanced Esri-based enterprise geographic information system (GIS) for the Land Information Management System (LIMS). The selected vendor will be responsible for managing LIMS and associated web tools, ensuring the system continues to store, process, and present geospatial and land information data efficiently.
Key responsibilities include supporting, expanding, and maintaining the flood hazard identification and mitigation program, which involves conducting floodplain and drainage studies, hazard mitigation services, and integrating findings into LIMS. The vendor will also be tasked with providing comprehensive mapping documents such as boundary maps, topographical maps, as-built maps, and subdivision plats, in addition to preparing legal descriptions for easements, rights-of-way, leases, and land parcels.
The scope of work further includes installation, configuration, deployment, testing, and maintenance of related hardware and software, as well as data collection, editing, analysis, reporting, and ongoing maintenance. The vendor will also provide web-enabled dashboard services and ensure business software integration and customization. Technologies involved include Esri ArcGIS Server, Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter, and Microsoft SQL Server. The contract period for this engagement is one year.
