This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide maintenance and support services for the Genesys cloud contact center platform. The selected firm will be responsible for managing and maintaining the platform used by the contact center, ensuring smooth operations and continuous functionality.
Key responsibilities include subscription management, alert management, incident management and resolution, level 1 support, account management, change management, and handling moves/adds/changes as well as overall system maintenance. The contract period will be for one year, with all questions regarding the RFP to be submitted by May 6, 2026.
Vendors are expected to have experience managing enterprise cloud-based contact center solutions and providing high-quality support and system management services.
