A government authority in Reserves, Washington seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive generation engineering services. The selected firm will perform a wide range of tasks, including inspection, condition assessment, analysis and evaluation, planning, engineering design, and construction support services as required for generation projects.
Services may encompass all phases of project delivery, from planning and conceptual design through options analysis, preliminary and final design, and construction oversight. The scope includes the preparation of reports and deliverables such as condition assessments, inspection reports, cost/benefit and performance analyses, design basis memoranda, design alternatives, stamped drawings, technical specifications, and design calculations. The vendor will also be responsible for documentation to support environmental or building permit applications and various construction-related documents, including schedules, work and test plans, sequence of work plans, and contract administration materials.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and maintaining project documentation, such as monthly consultant progress reports, stakeholder presentation materials, asset registries, risk models, lifecycle cost analyses, and portfolio plans. There is a pre-bid meeting scheduled for January 21, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026.
