A government authority in Concord, NH is seeking a qualified consultant to support the implementation of the Generate software, which is built upon the Common Education Data Standards (CEDS) for EDFacts reporting. The consultant will work closely with existing staff to complete the rollout, focusing on enhancing the CEDS data warehouse, developing ETL processes, and providing comprehensive staff training.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and redesigning the CEDS data warehouse architecture to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies. The consultant will develop and oversee Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes for approximately 82 EDFacts files into the Generate system, accompanied by thorough process documentation and step-by-step training materials for agency personnel.
Additional tasks involve designing ETL workflows for migration to the updated CEDS data warehouse, extracting all necessary data for Generate from the current Access database, assisting with data transformations, and creating future data marts using CEDS as the foundational source. The contract is expected to span a period of three years.
