DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide general planning consultant services under a five-year contract. Scope of services includes market studies and analysis, property or facility valuation, fiscal impact analysis, development finance, economic modeling, cost–benefit and financial analysis, real estate market research, and workforce/affordable housing analysis.

The selected consultant will also be responsible for graphic design and visualization, writing, editing and digital publication, digital storytelling, website design and maintenance, market and survey research, public and media relations, and the analysis and drafting of policies and codes, including zoning and incentive-based codes. Additional responsibilities include financial impact analysis, support for the public hearing process, transit service and capital facility planning, mobility and demand management, intelligent transportation systems, data development and management, and access management.

This wide-ranging engagement will support the authority’s planning and operational needs across a spectrum of development, economic, and transportation initiatives.
