A government authority in Melbourne, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing professional general planner services. The scope of work includes developing a new, updated comprehensive plan with clear vision, goals, objectives, and policies to direct development and redevelopment for the next 20 years or more.
The selected contractor will support the agency Commission, Planning and Zoning Board, staff, developers, property owners, and residents in managing appropriate growth and redevelopment strategies. Responsibilities include updating and revising the Growth Management Plan (such as the Future Land Use Map), as well as updating Land Development Regulations and conducting comprehensive plan analyses.
This contract is for a two-year period.
