Eligible respondents should possess relevant experience, personnel, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, equipment, and in-house trade work capability to execute general construction projects, renovations, alterations, repairs, and demolition services—including hazardous material remediation such as asbestos, lead paint, and mold. Specialized services may include electrical, roofing, and mechanical work. Contractors are expected to manage labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, and transportation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as standards for accident prevention, environmental protection, and waste management.
Potential contract values may range from $200,000 to $5,500,000, with task orders from $200,000 to $1,900,000 issued as firm-fixed-price agreements.
