DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Topeka, Kansas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive general investment consulting services. The scope includes supporting pension fund management through asset and liability studies every three to five years, conducting strategic and tactical reviews of asset classes, and advising on investment structure and strategy.
