DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Sacramento, California seeks a full-service, retainer-based, non-discretionary general investment consultant. The selected firm will assist in the ongoing monitoring and evolution of the total portfolio, offering advice and technical support on strategic asset allocation, investment goals, objectives, and policy refinement.
The consultant will conduct asset class analytics to support asset allocation studies and portfolio construction, and provide quarterly reports covering the compliance of separately managed public market mandates and the performance, income, and risks associated with the securities lending program. Additional services include supporting investment policy and asset allocation, executing public equity and credit investment manager searches and due diligence, risk management, and comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting.
