DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Summerville, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive general ground maintenance services. The scope includes cleaning of heads, lines, and other irrigation components as needed, along with changing spray types and heights to ensure proper coverage. Valve boxes must be maintained clear for manual access and repairs.

All repairs or replacement of heads, sprays, misters, emitters, as well as the rebuilding of valves, are considered routine maintenance and should be completed promptly to minimize negative impacts on turf and plant material. Contractors are also responsible for removing all trimmings and debris from the sites, discarding them legally at a landfill or waste facility at their own expense. The contract will run for a period of one year.
