This RFP seeks vendors to provide general dispatch support services, encompassing access to online software, web-based tools and applications specifically optimized for various aircraft roles. The selected vendor will offer iOS applications for use on approved tablets and Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs), enabling automation of computations related to aircraft-specific flight and mission planning.
Key features required include the ability to transmit and receive flight or mission information via satellite datalink communications, both at the commencement of a flight or mission and as real-time updates throughout its duration. Additionally, the dispatch support system should facilitate post-flight and mission debriefing functions, supporting effective and streamlined aviation operations.
