A government authority in Pomona, NY is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive general contracting services under a three-year agreement. The contractor will be responsible for performing a range of construction, repair, and renovation tasks, encompassing both interior and exterior building components.
Scope of services includes construction, removal, repair, and installation of walls, partitions, doors, framing, and associated structural elements. The work also involves installation of ceiling grids and tiles, masonry repair and stabilization, drywall installation and finishing, as well as carpentry repairs and general building improvements.
