DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Virginia Beach, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive civil engineering support and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) services. Scope of work includes traffic engineering services to support design efforts, such as intersection analysis, VISSIM and Synchro modeling, and data collection.
