The government authority located in Salem, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide general civil engineering services. Required services include generating preliminary reports, project development, design surveys, and conducting both preliminary and final project designs. The scope also involves preparing environmental permitting compliance documentation, coordinating environmental requirements with other consultants, and preparing bid documents. Additionally, the selected firm will assist with bid and award processes and provide construction services for projects such as water, sewer, storm water, streets, pump stations, lift stations, reservoirs, and improvements to water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Further responsibilities may include project management, construction management, construction administration, inspection services, and construction staking. The vendor will also be expected to provide general consultation, perform analyses, conduct alternative reviews, complete necessary calculations, and write reports. Quality control reviews of design and bid documents prepared by city staff or other consultants are also part of the anticipated duties.
