A government authority in Sacramento, California seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive general building construction and facility support services. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of tasks, including tenant improvement projects, asphalt and concrete parking repairs, installation of underground utilities and site work, electrical services, demolition activities, soil remediation, and hazardous materials abatement.
Additional responsibilities will include structural repairs and construction, HVAC system work, replacement of end-of-life equipment and building systems, as well as fencing, roofing, landscaping, and various miscellaneous services necessary for ongoing facility operations.
