The Indian Health Service (IHS), Fort Yuma Service Unit, is seeking Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing a comprehensive cloud-based inventory management system. The solution must be fully hosted, web-based, and offer real-time inventory tracking, automated purchasing workflows, electronic requisitioning, barcode and mobile scanning, customizable reporting and analytics, and support for electronic vendor ordering (EDI).
Vendors will be responsible for delivering complete implementation services, including system configuration, data integration, user training, and ongoing software maintenance. Technical support must be available to ensure the system operates 24/7. This opportunity focuses on identifying qualified ISBEE vendors for potential future procurement in alignment with the Buy Indian Act.
