The selected contractor will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that boost alumni engagement and giving, including donor stewardship and cultivation initiatives to foster long-term relationships. The work involves integrating and optimizing core fundraising technology systems such as Ellucian Advance, Anthology Encompass, Blackbaud FE NXT, and Authorize.Net, as well as utilizing tools like Gratavid/Thankview for personalized video messaging and Mongoose or similar platforms for text-based outreach.
Additionally, the vendor will create and manage multi-platform campaigns, employing direct mail, email, text messaging, and social media to reach potential donors and alumni. The contract is set for a three-year period, providing the opportunity for sustained and strategic fundraising growth.
