DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Florida is seeking a vendor to provide fund management services for the Panther Payment program. The selected firm will be responsible for supplying the personnel and expertise required to efficiently manage and disburse funds to eligible applicants, working in coordination with the Commission.
All payments to private landowners must be disbursed as needed throughout the contract period, only with prior Commission approval and in amounts determined by the Commission for each disbursement. Disbursements will vary based on habitat quality and program enrollment and are valued according to a pre-determined ranking system related to panther habitat quality on applicants' land.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 27, 2026. The contract period is for one year.
