DESCRIPTION


This Request for Information seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive functional administration, computer security, and end-user technical system support for the Base Local Area Network (LAN) and associated government computer systems and devices in Hawaii. Services include maintaining SharePoint sites and related web content to ensure usability, security, and accessibility, as well as installing, configuring, and updating software applications to optimize system performance and enhance user functionality.

The selected vendor will be responsible for responding to and resolving service requests and trouble tickets involving desktop computers, laptops, printers, cell phones, tablets, and various peripheral devices. Additional duties include diagnosing software, hardware, and network issues, administering user accounts and access controls, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, supporting lifecycle management of hardware and software, and providing technical assistance to end users. The bid is set aside exclusively for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
