DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Alberta is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive full stack development services. The scope includes software development and maintenance for new LearnAlberta.ca applications and associated projects, executed within an agile development environment. The vendor will be responsible for implementing solutions using the Amazon AWS cloud platform, focusing on the development of new serverless, cloud-based applications using technologies such as C#, .Net, NoSQL databases (AWS DynamoDB), and VS Code.

Additional requirements involve leveraging artificial intelligence technologies, and delivering frontend development with JavaScript, SCSS, HTML, Angular, Typescript, and Material Design. State management solutions using NGXS, NGRX, and Redux are also required. The role covers both new builds and support for legacy multi-user, n-tier, and object-oriented applications with C#, .Net, IIS, MS SQL Server, and Visual Studio.

Vendors must ensure application responsiveness, design and develop RESTful APIs, and utilize CI/CD tools for robust continuous integration and deployment. The ability to write effective unit and automation tests is essential. The resulting contract will have a one-year term.
