The Embassy of the United States in Barbados seeks qualified vendors to provide ongoing maintenance for its Fuel Management System. This contract is anticipated to cover a base year, with the possibility of four additional one-year option periods, subject to the government's discretion.
The chosen contractor will be required to maintain the system in accordance with the embassy's operational requirements. The agreement will be structured as a firm fixed-price contract, and all interested and responsible sources are encouraged to submit quotations. Contract may be awarded based on initial offers without further discussions.
Interested offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission. Failure to register in SAM will result in disqualification from consideration. Vendors are highly encouraged to register as soon as possible to participate in this opportunity.
