Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and install a comprehensive fuel management system (FMS) and supporting software for four transportation yards. The requested solution must feature keypad entry, proximity card access, a tank monitoring system, and an electronic leak detection system to ensure secure and efficient fuel management.
Installation must be conducted by a technician with a minimum of Level 4 qualifications. The system terminal is required to be weatherproof and constructed from metal, featuring an illuminated display for nighttime operations, and designed for easy installation, use, and maintenance. The FMS must support full accessibility and configuration via web browsers and an iOS-compatible application. Additionally, the system should provide robust data export capabilities, including support for Microsoft Excel and PDF formats, and allow for customizable report generation.
The selected vendor must commit to a maximum 24-hour response time to address software-related troubleshooting issues, demonstrating ongoing support and service reliability.
