DESCRIPTION

This request for proposals seeks vendors to provide a comprehensive fuel management software solution. The selected software must offer compatibility with existing fuel pump and card reader hardware, with consideration for options that may require hardware replacement. Both on-premise and cloud-based deployment models will be evaluated, and vendor feedback regarding leading practices and pricing is encouraged.

The system should include robust features such as driver authorization and ID management, vehicle listings with status (active, blocked, surplus), departmental breakdowns for fuel usage reporting, and fuel type authorization to ensure accurate dispensation. Additionally, the software must track vehicle mileage and support monthly departmental reporting. Vendors are asked to provide insight into industry best practices for deploying fuel management systems.
