DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide Freedom Scientific software, including JAWS, Fusion, and ZoomText, to support up to 3,000 students. In addition to software delivery, the vendor is responsible for comprehensive IT technical support and maintenance services. Maintenance must encompass the timely installation of updates, patches, and new releases to ensure ongoing compatibility with current operating systems and applications.
A pre-bid conference will be held on March 17, 2026. Vendors are also required to submit any questions regarding the solicitation by March 20, 2026.
