Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Nova Scotia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive fraud risk assessment services. The selected company will be responsible for developing a detailed fraud risk assessment plan that encompasses fraud awareness, risk identification, risk assessment and analysis, as well as the planning and initiation of the assessment process.
Deliverables include a thorough fraud risk assessment report containing actionable recommendations for risk mitigation, prioritized according to risk exposure and linked to specific issues identified during the assessment. The report should assess both the inherent and residual risk levels for each fraud scenario, considering existing controls.
In addition, the vendor will prepare a fraud risk register and matrix in tabular form, detailing each identified risk with the following information: risk description, category, inherent risk rating, existing controls, residual risk rating, and proposed mitigation actions. The overall aim is to support the organization in identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating fraud risks effectively.
