The State of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive fraud and abuse hotline intake and database services. This solution must offer continuous 24/7/365 support, accessible through both dedicated phone lines and a secure web reporting portal. The selected vendor will be responsible for the seamless migration of existing hotline data into a new, secure database, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all records throughout the process.
Key requirements include the rapid delivery of hotline notifications within 15 minutes of submission, deployment of trained personnel who adhere strictly to agency protocols, and robust integration capabilities with current technology partners. Additionally, the database must feature assignment functionality to route reports for investigation, native Single Sign-On (SSO) support, and comprehensive reporting and analytics tools for trend analysis and compliance monitoring. Compatibility with Microsoft Intune for device management and security is also essential.
The contract will span a period of three years. Interested vendors must adhere to all operational timelines as outlined in the procurement schedule.
