The selected vendor will have the opportunity to lease, manage, and operate a unique cultural landmark, specifically an art center. The operator should demonstrate a proven combination of experience, financial capacity, credit worthiness, and expertise in the management, operation, and marketing of successful art centers, including the ability to oversee artist studios, galleries, arts programming, and facility rentals.
As part of this franchise, the operator is encouraged to apply creative approaches to the management, marketing, and operations of the facility. The scope also includes responsibility for the upkeep and reinforcement of structural elements such as exterior walls and beams, columns, floor and roof slabs, and foundations including pile caps. The contract term will be for five years.
