DESCRIPTION
The Maryland state health benefit exchange is seeking a vendor to provide a 12-month subscription service for Fortiflex and Fortiidentity solutions. This service includes a prepaid Fortiflex (formerly Flex-VM) subscription license for the specified contract term, as well as a Fortipoint license package with 50,000 Fortipoints. It is noted that points added from this SKU will have a three-year expiration period.
Additionally, the requirement includes a cloud-managed Fortiidentity annual subscription to cover between 25 and 499 users. This subscription provides 125 SMS credits per user and includes Forticare premium support for the duration of the agreement. All relevant terms and conditions governing the use and potential termination of these services will be detailed in the full service description. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 17, 2025.
