The city is seeking proposals for the supply of various licensed digital forensic software solutions to support its investigative, cybersecurity, and digital evidence processing operations.
Required tools include disk and file system forensic tools for imaging, analysis, and recovery of digital evidence; cross-platform digital evidence analysis suites capable of processing and reviewing computer, mobile, and cloud artifacts; rapid acquisition tools, such as digital collectors for field-based device and media data collection; memory and malware analysis tools for examining volatile memory and conducting threat hunts; and password recovery as well as decryption tools that support encrypted media and files.
Additionally, vendors should provide specialized forensic utilities for registry reconstruction, image mounting, artifact recovery, and email acquisition and analysis—enabling the processing of large-scale email archives and metadata. Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding this RFP by May 25, 2026.
