The City of Westerville, Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide food vending machine services for government facilities. Snack food vending products to be sold include, but are not limited to, candy, cookies, hard candy, breath mints, crackers (with or without cheese), potato chips, pretzels, breakfast bars, and similar items.
All vending machines supplied must be new or in like-new condition and equipped with dollar bill validators and PCI-compliant card readers to ensure secure transactions. The vendor is also responsible for ensuring consistent customer service and must have representatives available during regular business hours to promptly address equipment issues, supply orders, deliveries, and other related concerns.
The term of this contract will be two years. Interested vendors should submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than April 8, 2026.
