DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide food truck event services for the 2026 Music in the event series. The selected vendor will be responsible for coordinating and operating a minimum of 4 to 5 food trucks at each event or may participate as an individual food truck alongside other selected vendors.
Vendors should be able to supply a diverse range of cuisines and dietary options through the food trucks, whether owned directly or through subcontracted partners. Responsibilities include maintaining a detailed event schedule for participating trucks, ensuring accurate meal tracking and reconciliation, and submitting a post-event report within 48 hours that details free meals served (total and by truck, itemized by menu item).
