DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Southington, Connecticut seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive food services support, specifically the supply and installation of a new commercial dishwashing machine. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to deliver and install a fully operational commercial dishwasher.
The selected vendor will supply one new dishwashing machine that matches or surpasses the existing Hobart Model C–44 in performance, operates at 208 volts (3-phase), and is rated at approximately 10,000 watts or suitable for the available electrical infrastructure. The equipment must comply with all applicable NSF, UL, health department, and local code standards and be new and unused. Responsibilities include removing and disposing of the existing machine, installing the new unit, making any required minor modifications, and ensuring proper connections to the current utility systems.
