DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Franklin, Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food services for a facility with an average daily population of approximately 325 inmates. The scope of work includes food procurement, inventory management through electronic systems, menu and recipe development, and provision of a Registered Dietician’s services at least quarterly.
