DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Rangely, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food management services for auxiliary operations. The food service provider will supply a variety of dining options to student groups and select campus departments, ranging from mid-range breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings to high-end, formal, plated dinner services.
The selected vendor will have priority in quoting and matching catering services, and will be responsible for the overall food and beverage operations, collectively referred to as the dining services program. Catering services are also included within the scope of this contract. The initial contract period is set for one year, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 7, 2026. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for April 30, 2026.
