DESCRIPTION


A government authority in New Orleans, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food management services for school meal programs. The selected vendor will be responsible for menu planning in line with the Food Based Menu Planning requirements for both the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the School Breakfast Program (SBP) for the 2025-2026 school year. Menu plans must accommodate grade groups (K–5, 6–8, K–8, and 9–12) and ensure average daily calories for a five-day school week are within specified ranges, avoiding foods of minimal nutritional value and fluid milk exceeding 1% milk fat.
