DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food management company services. The selected provider will be responsible for the management, staffing, and establishment of a reliable supply chain to support the dietary needs of those housed by the authority.
The contractor will operate a full-scale foodservice program, ensuring that all daily basic, special diet, school nutrition, and state, federal, and facility requirements are met or exceeded.
