The government authority in New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food-based vending machine services at various school and department sites. The contract includes responsibilities such as the installation, regular stocking, and maintenance of vending machines, with an expectation of commission-based operations.
Machines provided must be new or like-new, fully stocked at all times, and considered 'state of the art.' All machines are required to accept credit and debit cards, as well as coins and paper currency, and be equipped with electronic coin changers. Restocking is to be performed outside of busy school hours, specifically before the first bell or after the last bell—never during passing periods or lunch times.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than April 14, 2026.
