A government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive food and event operations services across all college locations. The scope of work includes event catering, in-person purchase options for food and beverages, coffee service, vending machine services (including snacks, beverages, and fresh food), as well as opportunities for a restaurant ground and/or building lease.
Vendors will be expected to address current market trends and incorporate adaptive programs into the College's food and event service operations. Services should offer a wide variety of in-person food options, such as made-to-order, grab-and-go, pre-packaged, and make-your-own selections. The contract term will span five years.
