DESCRIPTION

A Pennsylvania campus is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food and event operations services. The scope includes offering both grab-n-go options—such as pre-made sandwiches, burritos, noodle soups, and chicken tenders with fries—and made-to-order items like deli sandwiches, cheesesteaks, and burgers. All dishes must be attractively garnished for appealing presentation, with clear and visually pleasing labeling on all food service stations and salad bars.

Catering services are also required, covering a range of campus events from breakfast and coffee breaks to luncheons, pizza and sandwich deliveries, as well as formal receptions and dinners. The use of the college’s name or branding on items such as paper goods, condiments, and vehicles is prohibited unless written approval is provided. Additionally, all advertising, design, and labeling of materials related to the food service must receive prior approval from campus administration. The initial contract will be for a one-year period.
