DESCRIPTION
The government authority in North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food and beverage vending services to a local college. The selected vendor must supply all vending machines and associated equipment at no cost to the college, ensuring that all units are modern, well-maintained, and feature telemetry capabilities for inventory monitoring, machine health, and cashless transaction reporting.
All vending machines are required to be equipped with payment readers that accept chip, swipe, and contactless/tap payments, and must comply with PCI-DSS standards. Machines must be consistently stocked with fresh, high-quality, unexpired products. In addition, any temperature-controlled units must include automated temperature logging features for fresh-food vending.
The contract will be awarded for a five-year term. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding the RFP by March 25, 2026.
