DESCRIPTION


The government authority in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive food and beverage services. Required services include catering for both plated and buffet style meals, coffee and snack stations, and the ability to offer food and beverage options sold in various quantity amounts. Mobile catering and concession services must also be available for areas that are not easily accessed from the main kitchen.
