DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Hackensack, New Jersey seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive food and beverage concession services. The selected concessionaire may also operate a mobile vending unit, which must comply with all relevant state, county, and municipal vehicle and health department regulations. The storage of the mobile food cart will be accommodated on the golf course in a designated area determined by the golf superintendent, and the unit will be required especially during periods when temperatures exceed 90 degrees.
Additionally, the concessionaire must utilize cash registers that issue receipts to patrons upon request and simultaneously create a duplicate transaction record on internal journal tape, along with a daily sales total. This ensures transparency and accurate recordkeeping for all concession sales.
