DESCRIPTION

This RFI seeks a provider for an integrated solution to manage flying hours and fuel usage. The required platform must be a secure, web-based application operating within a .MIL cloud environment and possess an existing Authority to Operate (ATO). The system should already be recognized as an Air Force System of Record and serve as a Department of Defense (DoD)-identified authoritative data source.

The selected contractor is expected to supply certified developers and trainers to implement, install, and train users on the system. The platform must be capable of evolving to meet updated requirements and offer comprehensive training for end users. Functional capabilities include tracking and analyzing actual versus forecasted flying hours, managing unit hours and funding, validating mission codes, identifying and correcting errors, and providing trend analysis.

Additionally, the system must generate automated monthly execution reports, enable data extraction, and produce materials suitable for senior leadership presentations.
