A government authority in Bethesda, MD is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for flow cytometer analyzers. The service will include all on-site repair work, covering emergency repairs, replacement parts, labor, travel, and telephone-based troubleshooting support.
The selected vendor must perform two preventative maintenance visits per year and respond to emergency service calls within 48 hours of notification. Services are to be carried out by a factory-trained field service representative during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. After completing each service, the contractor is required to provide a completion service report. Invoicing will be conducted quarterly in arrears.
