DESCRIPTION


The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide a flight simulator package, related accessories, and training software for educational use. The scope includes a software license for PilotPro 3i and Lockheed Martin Prepar3D V6 Professional, along with a PilotPro 3i simulator package featuring multiple displays, instrument pod components, flight controls, custom Windows 11 computer hardware, surround sound system, adjustable pilot seat, and locking casters.

The requirement also includes K-12 STEM curriculum materials with lesson plans, assessments, and mission evaluations, as well as pilot development training videos for students and teachers. The solution must support verbally tutored simulator training missions, activity flights, remote training sessions as needed, and equipment installation and setup.

In addition, the vendor is expected to develop a comprehensive platform for schools that supports training scenario creation across aviation, maritime, and ground domains. The software should provide instructional learning scenarios for vehicle procedures training, cockpit familiarization, flight planning, air traffic controller training, and emergency response preparation. Questions are due by May 12, 2026, and the contract period is one year.
