The county seeks a vendor to administer flexible spending accounts (FSAs), health savings accounts (HSAs), and COBRA programs for its active employees. The administration includes support for payroll deductions for employee contributions to health care expense and dependent care FSAs and HSAs.
The county provides two medical plans through United Healthcare, including a Doctors Plan Network and a High-Deductible Health Plan (Choice Plus Network). For COBRA purposes, the county also offers two dental plans through Delta Dental and one vision plan. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing enrollment, contributions, compliance, and reporting for these benefit programs.
