City Of Riverside
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A California-based city is seeking a vendor to provide flexible spending account administration services. The selected vendor will be responsible for tracking both annual and per-pay-period election amounts based on data provided by the City, updating these amounts as new or modified election data is received, and maintaining participant account information as enrollees change or terminate. Monthly reports detailing all account activity—including funding, pending requests, and participant balances—must be generated for the plan.
The vendor will serve as a single point of contact for customer service, account management, issue resolution, and contract performance. Annual Program Discrimination Testing, as required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), should also be conducted. A mobile app offering these features is preferred, along with a toll-free number, email contact, and online chat feature for participant inquiries and claims.
